By contacting, ordering from, or using EverMeds services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

EverMeds Supply Services provides:

- Procurement and delivery of pharmaceutical products.

- Medicine supply services to clinics, chemists, and pharmacies.

- Prescription-based medicine delivery to households.

2. Medicine Authenticity & Sourcing

- EverMeds sources medicines only from verified and reputable pharmaceutical wholesalers.

- We take reasonable steps to ensure medicines supplied are genuine and handled properly.

- Customers are advised to inspect medicines upon delivery and report any concerns immediately.

3. Prescriptions & Customer Responsibility

- Prescription medicines must only be ordered with a valid prescription from a licensed medical practitioner.

- EverMeds does not diagnose medical conditions or replace professional medical advice.

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including correct medicine names and quantities.

4. Pricing & Payments

- Prices are communicated clearly before delivery.

- Payment terms include transfer, or other agreed methods.

- Delivery within Kano may be free or discounted based on service terms at the time of order.

- Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier or market conditions.

5. Delivery & Risk

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and availability.

- Risk of loss or damage to medicines passes to the customer upon delivery.

- Customers must inspect deliveries and report any issues within 24 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products:-

- Medicines once delivered cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of verified error or damage at delivery.

- Any complaints must be reported immediately upon receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Nigerian law:-

- EverMeds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

- Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

To the maximum extent permitted under Nigerian law:-

- We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Nigerian Data Protection Act.

- Personal information is used only for the purpose of providing services and improving customer experience.

- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without explicit consent.

9. Termination of Service

EverMeds reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where:-

- False information is provided.

- There is abuse, fraud, or misuse of services.

- Continued service may pose legal or safety risks.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

11. Changes to Terms

EverMeds may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
