At EverMeds Supply Services, customer safety and satisfaction are very important to us.
Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns or refunds may be accepted.
BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH EVERMEDS SUPPLY SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY.
1. General Policy on Medicines
For health and safety reasons, medicines once delivered cannot be returned or refunded. This policy follows standard pharmaceutical practice in Nigeria to ensure:.
- Medicine safety.
- Patient confidentiality.
- Proper storage control.
- Protection against contamination or misuse.
2. Exceptions (When Returns May Be Accepted)
EverMeds may accept a return or provide a refund only in the following cases:-
- Wrong medicine supplied by EverMeds.
- Incorrect quantity supplied.
- Medicine delivered in damaged condition.
- Expired medicine delivered (if verified).
- Non-Medicine Products: For non-medicine items (e.g., medical supplies), returns and refunds may be considered if the item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 2 days of delivery..
⚠️ All issues must be reported immediately at the point of delivery or within a very short time after receipt.
3. Return & Refund Process
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:-
- Contact EverMeds Customer Service via our official contact channels (phone, email, WhatsApp) within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order details, description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.
- Await instructions from EverMeds on how to proceed with the return.
- Once the return is received and inspected, EverMeds will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:-
- Medicines ordered correctly and delivered as requested
- Prescription medicines supplied with valid prescriptions
- Medicines that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.
- Medicines without proper documentation or proof of purchase.
- Items returned after the specified return period.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are advised to:-
- Carefully check medicines at the point of delivery
- Confirm medicine names, quantities, and expiry dates
- Provide accurate order information.
EverMeds will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Home Delivery & Third-Party Orders
For home delivery or third-party orders::-
- The person receiving the medicine is responsible for inspection at delivery
- Acceptance of delivery confirms satisfaction with the order

EverMeds reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
